How the booking fee works for your shop
The guest pays a small booking fee in the app, by PromptPay, Google Pay or Apple Pay. That’s how Jongley is paid, so there’s no fee bill for you later.
The booking lands in your calendar. The confirmation shows exactly how much was prepaid.
The guest shows the booking and pays the rest: your price minus the prepaid fee, in cash or your own PromptPay. Their total is your normal price.

For guests
Does booking through Jongley cost more than walking in?
No. You pay a small booking fee in the app when you book, and the rest at the shop. The shop takes the fee off the price at the counter, so your total is the same as walking in. Nothing is added on top.
How do I pay?
You pay the booking fee in the app by PromptPay, Google Pay or Apple Pay. At the shop you pay the rest however the shop normally takes payment.
What can I book, and where?
We’re starting in Hua Hin with massage & spa and restaurants. Search in Thai or English, like “Thai massage” or “table for 4”. Jongley isn’t live yet: sign up below and we’ll tell you when it is.
What do I show at the shop?
Your booking confirmation. It shows what you’ve already paid in the app and what’s left to pay at the counter, and the shop sees the same.

How do I get set up?
One of our two founders visits your shop in person, builds your profile (services, prices, opening hours and photos), sets up your calendar and shows your staff how it works, including where to see what the guest already paid.
What does it cost?
There’s a small, capped booking fee on each Jongley booking. The guest pays it in the app and you take the same amount off at the counter, so there’s no fee bill later. There’s also one monthly plan for every shop, and in your first three months it’s only charged once your Jongley booking fees have covered it. We haven’t launched yet, so we’ll go through current pricing with you in person.
How do I get paid?
The same way as now. The guest pays you the rest of the price at your counter, in cash or by your own PromptPay. Jongley never holds your money.
I already take bookings on LINE. Do I need this?
Keep doing that. Jongley doesn’t replace LINE, where your regulars already talk to you. Jongley is for people nearby who don’t know you yet: they search, see your shop and book.
